Surgery on a Sunday!

Good luck to you, man!

What’s your ED history? Glad to see another young man taking power into his own hands!
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

My history
diagnosis VL have used pills for over 6 years were amazing at the start but slowly started Dimish

So was on trimix which did work well but sometimes missed the right location and nothing happened and started to become quite annoyed and the painful prolonged erection some times 4-5hrs was just too much

Asked urologist about possibly going the implant route and he was quite cautious being so young
Asked for letter of consent from my wife and here we are

Cannot wait to leave the stress of not having to think am I hard enough or did I take medication at right time
And just enjoy it

Im 34 & was just implanted on August 6th. Since then I have healed tremendously. My ball sac is not bruised or swollen much at all anymore. I did peon-scrotal. Coloplast 22 cm.

Remember to get up & walk around some post-op & eat healthy & ice the hell out of your balls.

You got this!
Implanted by Dr. Hakky on August 6th, 2018 Coloplast 22 cm. Genesis pump failure 8/17/19. Revision 9/10/2019. Genesis pump failed 2/27/2020 while having sex. Second revision scheduled 4/7/2020 with new Titan One Touch pump instead of Genesis

I look at it this way

During disappointing decades of slowly progressing erectile dysfunction (E.D.), the joy of sex was clouded by the nagging anxiety of the questions, "Will I stay hard long enough to please her?" then, "Will I get hard enough to enter her?" and ultimately the near certainty, "You will not even GET hard.".

That NEAR certainty is actually more painful than full certainty.

Not to mention the anxiety in the back of HER mind, "Will HE stay hard long enough for me to have even ONE orgasm?"

What should have been a fulfilling and transcendent experience became an unrewarding, unnerving trial, overcast by a cold shadow. Sex was devoid of the joy it deserved and my lovers were deprived of many orgasms, a debt I feel deeply.

Slowly, I came to terms with my condition and took action to fix it.

All that anxiety is gone now. The question, "Will HE stay hard?" has an assured answer of, "Yes!".

Sex can now be as carefree and joyous as it should be.

Good luck

I hope your surgery went very well and your recovery is a breeze.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Update 2 hr surgery

Surgeon said everything went well I’m all bandaged up like a cast was told that will removed tomorrow

Main source of pain is from feeling of need to urinate but a catheter is in just some discomfort but have PSA pain relief via a button i can press
