Activating Titan 1Touch release - Help

I am at day 3 and cleared to cycle IF I am certain I can activate the release button. Dr. Eid has and will happily take my calls this weekend but since it is late I thought I would ask here.

I can clearly feel the release button with the corresponding dip on the opposite side. During my 2 hot soak today I squeezed it in what I would call a hard squeeze. It hurt and made my scrotum lining burn but I felt no feedback that it activated or that I squeezed enough. Since I am not inflated how can I tell? I think Dr Eid does inflate to about 20% just to keep any kinks out of the cylinders during healing so maybe I would feel it deflate a little, I’m not sure. I don’t want to pump up my sore dick until I KNOW I can deflate but I want to get started. Thank for the help.

Squeeze your penis right after you hit deflate and try to feel if there is any fluid being moved out of the penis.

You don't really feel anything with a Titan unlike the AMS with pops and buzzes. No pops. No buzzes. Pump it up till it hurts, punch the button, and you will feel the hurt diminish. In that respect you can feel it. Scrotal skin hurting is normal. If you get too sore, take a day off or move the pump over to another place. Skin will hurt at the new place too but in time it all get used to it. I assume if we caught it all in a zipper enough times it would get used to that too. On day 4 I was where you are now, but in the shower. There is no feedback at all from the release button, but I was confident that I was able to squeeze it firmly. That gave me the confidence to add about 5 pumps and try the release button again, finally working up to 10 pumps or so and releasing. Once you add pumps you will feel the release but you still need to squeeze the shaft to fully deflate. That's really all there is to it to get started.

Your pump like mine is probably the "Touch" model, the "One-Touch" (OTR) was discontinued IIRC, but I could be mistaken about that.

Thanks, Gu I think I got it. I dryed my hands right at before the end of my soak and read your comments on my iPad and went for it. I gave it about 4 full slow deliberate squeezes. I felt some pain with the second one. Each time it made a gurgling sucking sound when the depressed ball refilled. My penis felt more firm (already pretty firm just from swelling) so I tried the deflate button again and squeezed my penis to a more deflated state. Now that I have some confidence I can deflate I will cycle more tomorrow. My scrotum is burning a little but I know that's just an expected part of the experience.

I have never had the Titan so I can't help you there but, you need to be icing several times a day for no more than 20 minutes each time. I used the old frozen peas and corn for an ice pack. You need something like that so it can contour to you scrotum. The problem with peas and corn is that the first couple times is great but then it starts to thaw and clump in places. I have started to recommend filling a odd sock or nylons with popping corn... freeze that and you will have a perfect icepack that contours and does not clump up. Once you get all the swelling gone, you will have less pain. Don't try to be a hero... take the pain meds recommended by Dr. Eid. There is nothing manly about pain... especially in your package.

I have the same rig as you and I don’t feel any feedback when pushing the deflate nub. Like others have said when inflated and squeezing your dick, when you get the valve it will move the saline out... I keep the valve pressed while squeezing.

The first time I pumped and felt that gurgling it kinda freaked me out but it’s normal.
