Will implants effect my glands?

Postby andrew1959nj » Thu Jul 19, 2018 8:52 am

I'm two months away from getting an implant. Will my glands look different after a get an implant?

Pills and trix-mix haven't worked well or reliably for me for 10 years. Reading many of the posts on this site is giving me the optimism and courage to have it done.
60 years old. MS and Severe ED 10+ years. Pills and injections never worked well. Implanted 5/16/2019 by Dr. Sadeghi. Titan 20cm + 2cm RTE.

Andrew,
I am in the same boat. Waiting for insurance approval for my IPP which is tentatively scheduled for September 5.
Hoping for implant to solve turtle neck syndrome and be able to urinate while standing like normal guys do. Until then, have to sit to urinate.

The implant completely solved my turtle neck dick issues. A terrific side benefit that the implant gave me. I couldn't get my shaft and glans to go inside if I tried.
Nice to be able to pee without having to dig the little guy out, hang on tight so he doesn't slip back and end up pissing in my pants. I love peeing hands free now.

I had cold glans ever since RP. Like no blood flow. Still cold glans with implant pumped up. Have warm plump glans when I need to pee bad.

My glans looks very much the same when unpumped. Following my prostatectomy, I no longer had regular glans engorgement and still don't so when fully pumped it looks a bit different from my natural erections of yesteryear.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Dido for me, even sitting down had to hold it out so I wouldn't pee all over my balls, well ball, I only have one. NOT ANYMORE! I just stand there and let it rip, no hands ether standing or sitting, love it!
