No. I guess I wasn't clear. The incision site is at the top of my scrotum. It's a little over an inch, and it is still numb -- no problem. The area adjacent to it that starts at the base of my penis is also numb -- problem. That's the area up to about the middle of the underside of my penis. Things are slowly but steadily improving. The feeling is coming back, working its way down my shaft. After the revision the entire underside of my penis, all the way to the glans, was numb.
