Because 4 doctors who are tops in the field and do hundreds of implants each told me the AMS had been the wrong choice for my anatomy plus the AMS did not work for me and the Coloplast did. If someone could add the additional sizes to AMS choices and put a Coloplast pump with it, I think it would be ideal. Maybe in this day of megamergers and noncompetitive monopolism, it may happen.

Are there any people on here that have had a 24cm ams cx implant and have been happy with the outcome. At what size do the ams cylinders become not rigid enough?

I would really like to get some feedback from anyone who has had a 24cm ams cx

I remember being told the 24cm AMS and Coloplast both were special order with a 2-4 week lead time. I forget which doctor told me if I wanted no tips I would have to wait to get it ordered. Also, one of the 24's is the only model that has a lot fatter glans tips and bigger diameter which really caught my attention. Girth is everything sometimes. I am sure it was Dr. James P Rybak in Belleville Il that brought out various samples of both models for my wife and I to examine and explained why I should have the Coloplast. There is quite a difference in the two when laid side by side on the table or pumped up side by side, even in same lengths. For anyone interested in the St. Louis area, I would go to Rybak again in an instant. Very nice man, seems to know implants well, takes as much time as you need and not so arrogant to not say if you need a doctor more skilled than he. He told me I needed a doctor more skilled to fix my first implant and suggested I see Eid or one other doctor. Cheers.

I've never heard a complaint about a CX. They seem to be a better product than a Titan in some respects but there are a couple I know that moved up to a Titan later. I get the impression the CX just plain old does not break as often but maybe because not used as often??? Cheers.

I’m fairly new to the implant world. I was given the choice of the AMS or the Titan. Had I chosen the Titan I assume I would’ve enjoyed more girth that I now have with the AMS. However I am happy I have chosen the AMS due to the fact that I have a flaccid more than I am erect. With the AMS I can hang a full-size wet towels on my dick and therefore making sex very easy. When flaccid it looks just as natural as an adult penis.

For some strange reason, some members are of the opinion that the AMS is not rigid enough to fuck with... the slogan "Hard for the bedroom, Soft for the locker room" is bang on.

I can't imagine anybody who would think that the AMS LGX does not get hard enough to rock & roll. I think a lot of us w/ the LGX will tell you that it can be pumped up to the hardness level just short of a railroad spike...and yes, you can hang a towel on it, etc etc. I think most of our wives/partners prefer it at about 75-80% max...feels more natural with a little "give" in it...also feels better on my end...and yes, the AMS looks/feels natural/comfortable when deflated & flaccid...
