Coloplast Pump Choices

Postby Hawkman » Sun Jul 08, 2018 6:26 pm

I understand the Coloplast Titan has 3 pump choices, Genesis, OTR, or Touch pump. Is that still true and any input on the advantages. I honestly think I would prefer the smallest pump I could get since I don't think my scrotum is that huge and my one testicle tends to be a bit sensitive anyway.

I have good hand dexterity and hand strength and I have been married 50 years. I am not concerned with a little more time or effort pumping up or deflating.
Prostatectomy 2004-Bimix caused Peyronies-Viagra had little effect. Active sex life with wife of 50 yrs- been dependent on a VED for 10 yrs. 22cm Titan w/Dr. Eid Aug 7th See my Implant Journal -> http://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/board,56.0.html

there are no choices.

the LATEST VERSION of coloplast titan is the Titan Touch. That is the one you want since it is the newest model and thus represents coloplast's most up to date best device based on experience in the past with the other pumps

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

Not to create controversies, my experience is different. My surgeon implanted the Titan in December 2017 with an older pump... I believe it’s been referred to as the “classic” on these pages. He said he’d found fewer problems with it.

It has a rectangular deflate bar on it whereas the others are round. See viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9417&start=10 . There’s a pic on the first page.

Again, my experience... you will prefer something easy to deflate.

Good luck,
Mike

My scrotum WAS not that big to begin with and then a plastic surgeon used it to replace the penile shaft skin (long story) and my scrotum is big enough to undergo all that AND implant the pump and it is barely noticeable. My wife and I can notice it because we know it's there. That skin is remarkably stretchy. :)
