Dr Perito does infra pubic. Keep us posted as how you are healing. I am curious as to how his post op healing procedure is compared to DR Karman. ( See Quincys journal) My Dr worked with Perito for a while. Sure hope his post op inflation routine is not the same as my docs.

6/24/18 update
Since Quincy has done an excellent documentation I will comment on what was done or has been different. I appreciate everyone whom I have texted or PM'd over this journey from shots to VED to implant. I also must thank Cincinnatus for his guidance and knowledge without which we would still be struggling with ED. FT has been invaluable for me.
Due to my cancer and throat issues I was given a spinal. Anesthesia doctor was great woke up with a sandbag on and numb from waist down. After I could move my legs was taken to room. I only had 1 drain on the left side, no Foley catheter. Used the urinal once then was given permission to walk to restroom and down hall as I felt like it. I am inflated maybe 70% but managed to use the toilet OK. Walked halls 4x during Friday evening. My roommate had a catheter and had not gotten out of bed at my discharge Saturday morning.
Sore shaft and scrotum as I was prepared for. I only took 1 pain medication just to sleep. Some bruising but nothing really bad on underside and scrotum also glans a small amount. We think I look the same size as before ED denied erections. Dr. Perito performed a doppler in office and after an injection which didn't work approved my implant. I have a Coloplast but no information yet on size etc.
We return to his office Monday morning to have drain removed before returning home. Friday surgeries have drain left in until Monday, emptied several times but nothing horrible considering what was done there. I do pull down on my pump after urinating and also told to feel things out when doing that. I agree you sit carefully for now but all in all this has been a good ride so far.
Will update more after returning home on Monday. If anyone has questions on his procedure I am more than happy to share my experience, just PM me. I do agree that preparation before the surgery is a must and having the proper mindset going in. We aren't done yet ---- after reading the "how often do you do it ?" thread I have some catching up to do....

Lester,
Welcome my brother to our bionic brotherhood. I haven't heard any bad things about Perito patients. He seems to do it right the first time like my awesome Surgeon did. There is no excuse for a fucked up implant if your Dr. knows his skill. I can't wait to see and hear your positive results. An Implanted man is a happy man! There are exceptions if you choose the wrong Dr. You. Again. Fuck hard and often my friend.

Thanks all,
Getting ready to leave for doctor's office then home. Everything going great other than the Mrs. laughing about me walking like a cowboy. Wait a few weeks and I will show her some riding like she forgot about.
Light brusing and can feel / pull the pump down. I imagine everyone here woke up during this time and thought wow I have a boner now !
Mild pain, more sore than pain walking not using any medications.
edit: home now
drain removed and deflation done, return for staples and instructions next week.
sore as expected color returning all going well

Re: Lester is bionic 6/22/2018
Glad you're doing well! The cowboy walk will be around for a while. I was with a friend yesterday who knows about the implant and he commented on the "walk" a couple times. At 3 weeks out I'm still needing to be a little careful. Part of it, though, comes from just feeling bigger down there, not any sense of pain. With the 3rd roommate in the sack, it's just heavier and larger.
Best wishes for your continued recovery.
Quincy
