Viagra Failed Today - Implant is My Only Option - Need Your Help Badly

An hour ago I took 100mg viagra to test my erectile ability. It failed. As a result I have no choice but to get an implant. I live in NYC so I'll want to see Dr. Eid. 1) Which is the best implant? Obviously a man wants to have as much girth and length. A uro discussed that length would be shortened by 1 inch because of surgery. Which then is the best implant that gives the best size and also pleasure and comfort during sex?

2) As to which type of Medicare would cover surgery, I've created 2 threads on this without ANY clear answer. Hopefully someone with experience with it can give a good answer.

Got a question though. How long after you scheduled your first visit with your surgeon to 1st discuss implant as an option did you actually get surgery?

Last nite as I said I took viagra (100mg). 9 hours later I had gotten a hard-on which wasnt that satisfying. The hard-on was intermittent and I also had low libido with it which I suffer from chronically.
