Quincy,

Thank you so much for the insight. I know I will never regain my length back, and that’s ok, I just want to maintain my length as it is now. Early on in my Peyronie’s disease, I had one of my urologists start to have the conversation about implants with me. I shunned him and told him he was absurd. Now three years later i’d Wished i’d Listened to him.

My surgeon wrote the book on peyronies. I’m not worried about him. I have full confidence in him. I guess I’m at the end of my rope for treatment. I’m struggling because my wife wants to have sex now more than ever and I want to satisfy that and not be a dud every time. I speak with my md on the 10 th and I think I’m going to ask for an implant. I’m 5.25 erect now, I think if I stay relatively close to this size I’d be happy.

But, even during self pleasure, it takes 20 minutes to grow going. And when I am erect with my wife, it doesn’t last long enough for penetration. Calculate the half- hard on + PE and it’s not pretty. I would LOVE to maintain an erection for my wife and not have to worry about all things associated.

Thank you for your input. I’ll let you know what he says on the 10 th

I do not know much about Peronyies. I thought that was when the penis starts to curb too much. But I have had two implants already. The first lasted fifteen years and that was when they were new on that kind of surgery, but I had prostrate cancer and suffered from ED after the surgery. Doctor said too many veins in the lower part of my stomach had to be cut in the surgery and that is what caused the ED. So they tried viagra did not work, then they tried carverjet and it was too painful for me. I would get an erection right away, but that little quarter inch needle I did not like it. So the doctor asked me about an implant. I agreed right way and had an ultrex 700 ams installed. I was always well endowed at around eight to nine inches, but after that first implant I had lost to about seven and a half, but I was still very happy with the inplant. Had normal sex just like a normal person except I had a vasectomy because I did not want any more children, we already had a boy and a girl so we were happy with two, so that meant no sperm when I had orgasm. But all the feelings of normality were there.

When the first one failed I went to another specialist close to where I live, which was for convenience more then anything. This time I went to a good urologist in the area and I told him the first implant was not working all of a sudden. He said that I would need a revision. In other words remove the old one and replace it with a new one. He installed the second time a LGX 700 ams and it give me all the length and girth that I had before the first surgery. I am extremely happy with the LGX.

I am sure you will get your full length what ever mother nature gave you to start with when you were normal. They insert a measuring tool to measure the maximum length to see what size cylinders they will insert. They got it perfected now days. So good luck, and let us know how thing go. It will hurt for a few days, but just put some ice packs for the swelling to go down. I was an out patient both times. Your scrotum will turn black for about a week, then it will all go back to normal.

Question. Is the standard for measuring Penile size pushing to the pubic bone ? Because if I do this I am 5.25. If I don’t it’s only 4.5 inches.

My follow up question is, is this too small to get an implant?

Thank you in advance.

Mate, I ain't a doctor but I'm sure it's not. Loads of guys here speak of success with similar dimensions.
Get implanted, then go forth and fuck!

So, had my Uro appt today. They agreed that an implant would be the best option for me. Due to my advanced Peyronies they would like to go with a Coloplast Titan. I didn’t gain as much as I thought with traction ( 3.5 mm in 5 months) also my measurement today was 4.5 on the stretch test.

I have a two-fer- one is I would love to hear from others who have similar length and got an implant. Are you ok with what you have? I think I’d just be thrilled to Be erect but I want my wife to have pleasure too.

Also, I meet with the surgeon on the 25th. Any standard questions I should ask? I already know he does a ton of these surgeries. I know he wants to use the Titan because of my sitch. Any help would be appreciated.

Measuring your dick for size, the lengths depends on how much pain you can stand when pushing that ruler into your pubic bone. Mine is 5 3/4 with the ruler jammed into the bone.

It is always important to use a new come-a-long when you stretch. An old frayed wire rope is painful wrapped around your dick due to the broken wires stabbing you. Never have a redneck friend try to stretch your dick with a rope and his pickup nor jump from a tree with a rope tied to an upper limb.

Kosh,

I just saw Dr. Levin yesterday for the second time. Our situations are very similar - naturally small in size, peyronies treated with verapamil injections, etc. Thankfully my peyronies curve isn't too bad, but I have lost size in the 10 years I have had peyronies and no erections.

I am thankful Dr. Levine is willing to consider an implant for me - I have other medical issues that make me a complicated patient (other local Chicago Uros have declined to work on me and sent me to him).

I would love to compare notes on your experience with him. I agree he seems like the go to guy here in Chicago - but I can't find a whole lot of information on him on this site or on the internet in general. My first 2 visits with him have been good - he takes his time and inspires confidence.

Questions I would ask him are:
1. how many of these implants do you typically do a month? How many did you do last year?
2. What device do you recommend and why?
3. What do you do to prevent infection?
4. What di you do to ensure maximum length?
5. How do you avoid a floppy Glans?

FYI I have no doubt we can please the ladies with our smaller equipment - I was doing it successfully for 20 years before I got the peyronies.

Feel free to PM me if you want - I would love to compare notes on Dr. Levine.
