What is the chance not to lose the length and improve the diameter after implantation with the best denture?

my penis is too thin after peyronie....

With a good surgeon you should not lose length, but keep in mind not all guys get engorgememt of the glans with an implant. If your glans grows with your natural erection, you may be slightly shorter if it doesn’t with the implant.

Most of us attain moregirth with an implant, but if your Peyronies is bad they sometimes have to use an implant model with narrower cylinders to fit into the narrower shaft. That would be a question for your Urologist, but possibly something he won’t know until he is doing surgery.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Greg is absolutely correct. To add to what he said, if your surgeon give you ANY definite answers before surgery, I would change surgeons. Everything is dependent upon what he sees during surgery.

I honestly don't remember my pre ED size, after all, it had been over 30 years since I'd had a full erection. I feel like I was much longer when I was 17-18 with a natural erection than I am now with a bionic one. That having been said, I do have more girth now than before and even with just a few days of cycling, I am seeing small increases in length.

Regardless, even if I never get back to what I believe I had in my teens, I am able to have a full satisfying (for both my wife and myself) erection for the first time in our 29 years of marriage (aside from the 2 times we used the injections).

What I have gained in confidence and the physical aspect of my marriage is well worth the trade-off of a small decrease in length.

I did not lose any size, and in fact gained about 1/4 in in length. Possibly because I hadn't had the best erections in several years. Great success and very happy camper !
