Flaccid

Many people comment they cannot get a soft enough flaccid. I still maintain that if you squeeze your penis and apply a bit of pressure to the perineal area while holding the deflate button, you can get a nice deflate and hang. You have to squeeze for 15 seconds or maybe longer. Remember the cylinders hold a lot of fluid and you are emptying 2 of them through a tiny little tube. Laying on your back puts less pressure on the reservoir and helps tremendously. I'm not good at self pictures and wife said it was too embarrassing but here are a couple pictures deflated. Notice I am not completely deflated as my penis is not flat but the droop is evident. Also notice no dog ears . 15 months, 14 days post implant. Cheers.

Alibaba,
Looks great. I will be 9 months post-op this coming week. I have an AMS LGX and most of the time if has a natural hang, but I still have times when it stands out to about 4 o’ clock. At first when I was laying down it pointed straight to the driving when fully deflated and now it lays flat again st my body.

I agree with Alibaba's post.
My dick had an ugly flaccid angle the first few months as well. But today it looks like this.

And this is the dreadful Titan, the one with cylinders hard as steel which makes it impossible to get a good flaccid. Get a Titan and be prepared to walk the earth with a 4 o'clock flaccid for the rest of your life.

Not really.
My flaccid is 100% no problem. I never ever feel it is a problem. It is quite large, but I can still hide it in any clothes since it is soft and pliable.

Deflating is an art.
But most of all, in my case, my implant just has changed over time. I used to have "backflush" in the early months.
Today I don't. I just press the deflate butto for 3 seconds and then it drains completely. I never need to squeeze the shaft anymore. I never give the bulb one press after deflating to "lock" the valve. It just stays flaccid. The flaccid on my pic is deflated this way. Just one squeeze on the deflate valve and that's it.
This would not have been possible two months after surgery.
Also, the cylinders are simply softer. Over time they have gradually became more and more soft. Now the are very pliable.

Agree with Greg 100% !!!. I still have to squeeze if I want full 6:00 hang. Unlike the man, I could not get a decent picture in the mirror. The squeeze bit works with the AMS also so if you have too much of a stiffy, lay down and give it a squeeze. Squeezing it all out helps to stretch the capsule around the reservoir too which in time will make it easier. The AMS is more elastic so should deflate quicker and easier if it does not have any capsule tension around the reservoir. All more reason to cycle regularly early. Cheers. d
