Sensitivity and orgasm after implant

Several guys say they have a hard time climaxing after implant. I have a theory of why this may be. You guys that have gotten their length back chime in on my theory. When you wear a condom, you loose sensation because you loose the friction on your penis outside skin. Right? Well, sitting In the hot tub contemplating my dick, I made an observation that I have a lot of extra skin on my dick. Probably an extra inch. I have lost 1 to 1.5 inches of length since PC and implant. When I had a 7inch dick the skin on the shaft was tight when erect. Rub it on sheets, ass or vagina there was friction and sensitivity. Now with all this skin , when I insert it, the outside skin stays stuck to the vagina and I am stroking inside between the corpa and my skin. Not the same feeling. I even extended this theory by holding all this loose skin down to my scrotum and then did thrusts. Much improved sensitivity. But,with my hand in the way and my shorter dick there isn't much to stroke with. Very frustrating. Guys say they climax easier by masterbating. More friction?? You guys that gained length back, is your outside penis skin tight now? Did you regain sensitivity because of the length and skin tightness or does sensitivity just come from time to heal? Edit: Looking at implant pics, I would like to hear from Smetro and Greg. Their erect dicks don't show any loose skin.

70 guys have looked at this post and not a single reply. My theory must be whong or not worth discussing.

When inflated enough for intercourese my skin is fairly tight, and when maxed it is very tight. I have difficulty climaxing about half the time. I lost sensitivity from the prostatectomy and then some from the implant. It is coming back.
I think you’re on to something with your tight skin theory, but for me I think it’s more that
My nerves are healing.

Good teory but, none.... I've the same skin as before implant, not extra skin, but i've loss much sensivity....

I think the reason is simple... After implant , you have an hard plastic "pillar" and less erectile tissue.. with deflated cylinder i have a good sensivity ( for exemple with masturbating not problem with orgasm) but when inflated the hardness of cylinder, it makes difficult the orgasm ..

Yes Maxxx, I agree with you entirely.
I have re-learned how to masturbate and I can orgasm quickly when half inflated and watching porn.
I was concerned that for me it is an ‘age’ problem ....however Maxxx’s theory makes sense because masturbation works just like it did pre-implant.
I would love to cum inside my GF but at this stage it seems unlikely.

I would be great to hear from some guys who have been implanted for more than 3 years on this topic because it seems there are many ‘newbies’ experiencing the same phenomenon.

I just noticed this post. I do not have any loose skin when I pump up. Well, I have no loose skin that is visible, but if I stroke my shaft, skin moves to the touch so it is not tight. Ever since my penis healed following surgery, my ability to climax is back to what it was when was much younger, before ED. My orgqsms are strong, both when having sex and when jacking myself.

I definitely agree with Smetro's comment about "re-learning." Prior to having my Prostatectomy my total focus was on ejeculating. After that surgery, when I could no longer shoot a load, I hated it. Then I started changing my approach. I began to focus on every sensation, most I had never noticed. I noticed sensitivity I had not felt before because I had been so busy trying to cum. Now my motions are slower, taking it all in. When I have what I call dry ejaculation, it is more intense than before because I used to generally shoot three spurts and I was done. Now I feel more contractions after those first few because I take my time to enjoy them.

Depending on whether I am energetic or fatigued I sometimes just have the dry ejaculation without a strong orgasm, but generally I have both. It had been years since I felt anything like I this. I think the substance of the cylinders inside my shaft adds to my experience.

Experiences seem very varied on this, especially during the first months of healing. But experiences like yours are very encouraging.

Billy Bob,
I may be more of the exception. I have a few friends I can talk openly with about sex. I seem to be the only one whose orgasms in my 60’s rival those as a teenager. The only reason my orgasms diminished prior to the implant was because my limp dick didn’t provide as much pleasure and itcwore me out to get to that point.

Also, following my Prostatectomy, I was getting hard erections within days and the sensations were intense. I think most guys who can still get erections after that surgery have some downtime before things start working again. I was advised not to do anything so I did not try to have sex or masturbate at that time, but once I could the feelings were strong.

Greg, Your post surgery experiences sound fantastic! The sensitivity and potent ejaculations/orgasms are what every man would love to have. So is your advice in one post that basically states "relax and enjoy all of the sensations you have with sex, whether you are fucking or masturbating. That is very similar to the advice i gave not long ago when I was struggling with inability to get to orgasm no matter how hard I tried. This started maybe 6 to 12 months after I started with penile injections (Alprostadil only).
The injections had been like magic at first...sensations and orgasms were like I I hadn't had since I was a younger man. Then suddenly problems returned. My response to the injection's inconsistency (much like what moved me off Viagra then 5 years later off Cialis) was to go harder and faster, with "death grip" squeezing my dick hard and harder. Taking your way less focused on orgasm approach worked great for me. I even doled out advice here on Frank Talk to other guys. The biggest part of my issues were as my URO told me, "in my head". The injections were doing their job which was to give me an erection, according to her. Slowing down and being "in the moment" did the trick. But for some reason I now seem to go in cycles with a month or two all is wonderful then it just goes away and I'm back to uncertainty, frustration and being overly focused on the destination. orgasms are incredible things, but there is so much more to good sex, including solo "self love", done well. Any suggestions? I amnot ready for an implant yet but may be getting there.
Good for you. I hope you continue to feel more and better. Your story was a great reminder for me. Thanks!
