I am 28 years old .
At the age of 21, received a contusion of the penis.
then a peyronie disease, a slight curvature downward.
The main problem in reducing the length and diameter of the penis
and loss of erogenous sensitivity of the trunk of the penis.

Before the injury 17 cm
after
15 centimeters.
I can cum and get hard erections .
But I do not know whether it will be enough of these sizes and I do not know how often I can make sex .

No. Most probably the implant will not restore your length.

I‘d be willing to change with you any minute, same loss in size (17.5 to 15.5) but nonerections.

@Donnie That is one of the most unreliable posts I have seen so far and really makes me wonder if this forum is utter bullshit.

If you are getting erections even with pills do NOT even think of an implant.

Try sex with a girl or with a prostitute if you prefer and so you will know if you are fine as you are or want or need to go to an implant

And try pills of course

Specifically, what are you afraid of? You can get an erection so you don't have ED...

At your age, money may be tight, but with most of your life ahead of you an investment now in a full examination by a physician/surgeon who REALLY knows about your conditions is worth the immediate monetary sacrifice.

Get a list of recommended specialists from your local A.M.A., your personal physician and any web site sources you think are trustworthy. Pick one and get his/her expert opinion on your best options. When making inquiries and especially when you have your office visit do not be stingy on the details, no matter how embarrasing they might feel. You are investing in your future (sexual) happiness, and that of your partner and marriage, thus your children's and grandchildren's lives.

Worth the cost/investiment?

Good luck.
