"Into the breach dear friends"

Postby Quincy » Fri Jun 01, 2018 4:15 pm

Well, it should be "once more into the breach, but I never went the first time.

As many here know, I'm scheduled for implant on Tuesday, June 5, with Dr. Edward Karpman in Silicon Valley. We're leaving tomorrow morning (Saturday) and I'm not sure I'll be on line much before the surgery, so I thought I'd just post something about it now.

I deeply appreciate all the great information I've gotten here and all of the guys that are so knowledgeable and helpful. I'd never have known enough to make a good decision without help, from choosing a doctor, to understanding options, and all the rest. Thanks very much.

I'll have my computer with me on the trip - staying in California for a couple weeks, and I'll post progress once in a while. Not sure we need another journal, but I'll stay in touch.

All my best,
Quincy

I’m sure you’ll be thrilled. I live about a half hour away and was able to drive myself home the day after.
