Does anyone have trouble sleeping on your stomach. That’s where I sleep best.
I’m 4 weeks post op, with probable activation tomorrow. 30% inflated. Hopefully
when I’m activated & can deflate, I can sleep on my stomach.

Anyone have this problem after activation, when deflated?

With my post opp stiffie, sleeping on my stomach was an impossibility. I had to get used to the sheet not touching me. Lol. No problem now when deflated. Same dick only much larger.

Brent,
I could not sleep on my stomach for a while after getting my implant 8 months ago, but have no problems now. Sometimes I wear underwear to bed and sometimes sleep nude. Either way is OK on my dick. In fact, I cycle twice a day and the morning session is as I am waking up. Most days, about half an hour before I actually get out of bed I start to wake up. I pump to the max and then dose off again. Often I wake up on my stomach and it feels great to have “morning wood” and I enjoy feeling my hard dick pressing into the sheet.

Well, that's one way to kick ED's ass. :)

I was implanted 14 December 2017 and I have been sleeping on my stomach for at least 2 months, maybe more.... no problems at all. You probably just need a little more time. You are going to find that until you are at least 3 months post-op, that will be the answer for most things... time really does make a huge difference. :)

I am 7 weeks post op and sleeping on my stomach is getting easier. I have been sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs. It will get better with time. At 7 weeks out, for me, I feel a much needed improvement overall.
