Yeah I hear you. The thing with me is that when I'm not stressed physically or mentally I can get erections but in the mornings. And they occur 3 - 4 times a week, not everyday though. The erections are not stiff but good enough to engage sexually and can last several minutes, though not a long time.

I havent tried viagra since October so I'll need to take one to test where I'm at. If I need to inject I'll do it. But I havent injected in close to 2 years.

It sounds like if it is prevented by mental stress and you can still get an erection then you may not need an implant just to get to the root cause of the mental block. Implant may not be the way to go for you but i understand your frustrations.

The thing with me is its mental block but also physical. Its more physical than mental. A medication that was forced upon me to take for a month caused the ED.

At any rate my erections arent full, more like 70% which isnt great. I might take up injections but ONLY when theres a real sexual encounter, not before. But back in 2012 I encountered a bend due to injecting.

Funny thing is, my libido is down. Maybe from the mental side of things. Maybe theres a medication to raise it??
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.

You could try proviron or pt-141 to raise libido? See if that overcomes anything

Have you tried these meds? Have you also tried Clomid? If so, which has helped improve your low T?

Tried them all however it did not have much effect on me. Clomid does improve your low T. But kills your libido while using it. It is only when coming off your libido returns.

Thats very ironic. Why would it kill libido if it boosts your T level?

That being the unwelcomed side effect, do you suggest I take T instead to boost both T and libido?

It actually mimics estrogen. Which triggers your body to produce testosterone. So you feel shitty while on clomid. However it is very effective at boosting test levels.
Taking testosterone alone will boost your libido however it will shut down yout natural production of test.
Your body thinks well if im getting this much test from somewhere, why do I need to produce it. And your testicles will begin to atrophy.

Its complicated. But im happy to answer any questions with what knowlege i have

But I've read that Clomid may lower libido. I read about a man who took Clomid and after a while it booted his T. But it destroyed his libido. I dont get it! Why would you have large amounts of T but no libido??

You may need to read more about the way clomid works. It produces very strong estrogenic effects in the brain. Tricking the body into producing testosterone and LH. However having such a high estrogenic effect can kill libido. Stopping the clomid can leave the testosterone levels higher and the libido will come back in time.

Yes theoretically. But how long after you reach a certain T level does libido return? How long must one be on it to get to that desired level?
