Wolfy, I've a friend of a friend who has had 2 urinary sphinctor implants due to leakage. His doctor told him an implant increased the risk of leaking. Only person I've heard that. Most were from prostate surgery. At any rate, a thought I had is that i cannot get the last bit out of my urethra unless it is fully and adequately deflated. Sometimes a few pumps in the implant makes it more comfortable, sometimes shows it off, but that does not work well for peeing. Keep in mind, anything past your bladder is basically gravity. With a few pumps to plump it up or take out the kinks, it is hard to even squeegie the last bit of urine out of my urethra. Sitting to pee also helps tremendously. Try a very good deflate combined with sitting to pee and see what that does for you.Cheers.

My implant has been nothing but a nuisance for the ten years I've had it. If I had been able to make any use of it I'm sure I'd be well satisfied, but as it is I'd rather be rid of it. If I could have it removed without the expense and trauma of surgery I would, but after ten years I'm quite used to it.

It doesn't shrink or stretch. It is what it is - all the time, inflated or deflated. You can't really bend it. It sorta folds, wrinkles and crinkles. The pump button is also a little hard to use and the pump bulb is not easy to squeeze. I only had it for 8 months and maybe it never had a chance to break in and soften up. And because of that, maybe I'm not giving it a fair review. I know there are many who love theirs, but I'm not one of them.

Tom,
I am 105 days post implant Titan and my experience is same as yours 100%.
Since you had both types, I am wondering if it is any better with AMS?

9 to 10, spontaneity is back! Anywhere anytime! As long as we want. Wife and I are very happy with the outcome. I'm still cycling, I have already reached original per RP length, still gaining girth. Wife says stop growing! Lol! Could not be happier! :D

Ditto 9-10 for me, too. Got my sex life back and now I am heading to a prostate removal which sucks. No ejaculate but a railroad spike......

9+ Love my Titan, but since I have never had anything else, guess I really don't know if I'm missing anything. Here are the things that I like the most. My flaccid size before my implant was less then an inch most of the time, hated that, even taking a pee was a chore. Now I am 3.5 - 4" flaccid all the time, never smaller. I only lost about a 1/4" in length so now I am 5.25" erect. About the only thing that is not great is that my dick is wide but kind of flat, about an inch thick and 2" wide, it use to be round with a 6.5+" girth, now down to about 5.5". As far as I'm concern, that is a small price to pay for a dick that gets as hard as I want it, for as long as I want. I would have given it a 10 if it wasn't for the girth issue.

I love my LGX. Yes I've had nothing but problems not the implant's fault. It's a 10++++++
I got the length I wanted and now it is finally getting softer the bulge is very small when fully deflated. Right now cannot pump it up won't go beyond 2 pumps but that is a short term problem I'm sure. As Larry said before I could not have an erection at all and now when it works I can. Get the bugs out and that will be 24/7. Almost there.

9 overall. Because there is really nothing better than the real thing. If I am rating it as an Implant in and of itself I will give it a 10. There are no issues with the way it works it pumps up to any degree of hardness I want any time I want. My wife wants to use it as much as possible. During the 5.5 months of total ED after my prostatectomy we tried everything to get an erection that was suitable for sex. I did get one with trimix that allowed about 30 seconds of penetration till it went soft then hurt like hell for the next 4 hours and one time with the VED that resulted in a cold blue dick that was like a link sausage. How can anyone compare a Titan induced hard on to that of a strangled rubber band chocked VED link sausage. We all would rather have our best natural erections but that's no longer an option but feeling like a whole man again is pretty nice.
