I will state emphatically that your success depends solely on your Surgeon's expertise. My operation was flawless. My local surgeon in Florida was incredible. Revisions can be costly. Someone makes more money and a brother pays the price. I have no regrets choosing a local, awesome, fantastic, surgeon. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Other surgeons would do well to study his technique.
