In the past I've used injections on and off, once or in rare cases, twice a week. In 2012 it gave me slight peronies on my left side. In 2015 and 2016 I started using them again but stopped. Are injections very bad to your penis health long term? Are there people out there who have been using them for years without any issues>

I have used injections for a couple of months. Then the penis started to bend to the left and on both sides hour glass dents developed.
So I went to the urologist and asked her why she hadn't mentioned the danger of injections. Well she said, I thought because you are excellent informed you know that injections might be dangerous, that's why I didn't mention it.

I was absolutely furious with the doc! Obviously I wanted to have an erection again, under all circumstances, that's why I used injections without reading enough about the danger. I can only advise: stay away from those bloody needles. To think sticking needles into the dick will be good healthwise is extremely ridiculous. There are guys using needles without any side effects but still, I say stay away from shitty injections.

I have been using tri-mix injections for over 12 years and up until a year ago, have been very satisfied. My girth, 6.5+", has increased to this size from about 5.5" over these 12 years. I can't say for sure if it was the use of the tri-mix or just getting older, 74, but not complaining. My length is about the same, 5.5", as it has always been, so with all of that being said, up until recently, I have been very satisfied with the injections. I first tried the pills but hated the side effects, the blue color to everything and the headaches. Yes, I've had some problems with doing the injections, missing the spot, black and blue from hitting a blood vessel, and swelling from just screwing up, being in a hurry, you have to keep pressure at the injection spot for 4 or 5 min. or these things can happen. If I had known about implants I would have done it years ago. Oh well, better later then never!

Don't expect to ask this question in the Implant sub-forum and get unbiased replies. If they got an implant they were either in the minority of men that injections stopped working for, caused excessive pain or caused fibrosis or Peyronie's disease. They work well for the majority of men that use them without serious side effects. You generally won't find those men posting in the Implants sub-forum. As with most everything there is some risk. If you've already decided to get an implant and you're just looking for further justification of your decision, well then you came to the right place. Here's a couple of links that will highlight and support your fears:

My screen name says it all. I had over 1000 injections before a second bout with PC caused me to have to consider an implant. The injections worked great until then. I used small needles #31 x 5/16. Dr. Kramer said there was very little scarring and my surgery was unremarkable.
