ED, Diabetes and Implant

Hi folks. I had a bad teenager hood, ate a lot, developed diabetes etc.

So at age of 31, it seems that i can not use my penis. Our top doctor in my country made a hormone test and penil droplet. Even with injections i can not sustain my erection after 2-3 minutes He gave me 3 months of cialis 5 mg treatment 20 mg for days before sex.

Unfortunately it didn't work. I couldn't penetrate, since my penis loses it fastly. As i understood years of obesity and diabetics gave its toll. I gave 40 kg, had a good job, created a new life for myself, had beautiful girls but when it came to having sex women i am useless.

My doctor says me we can use a ESWT treatment which has a %30 success chance or implant which is the last resort. So i want to go with implant because i am deeply unhappy, having a good life is meaningless when you can't penetrate the beautiful woman at your arms and bed.

However my flaccid length is 7 cm and erected state is 11 cm. I will make an appointment with doctor. I fear that if i lose 1-2 cm for implant is it possible to have a satisfactory sex life with 10 cm?

Also i wonder after 6 weeks can i make sex easily? I am not a virgin but i didn't make a successful penetration for last months.

What about ejaculation, is it like before or different?

Also i cannot get hard very much even when erected it is a bit soft. Does it become real hard like a normal functioning penis after implant?

The AMS 700 LGX is for length girth expansion. With it you should not loose and you might even gain a little.

It depends on many things. Your doctor. How well you heal. My doctor cleared me at 4 weeks but I heal very slowly. And I have had some set backs. I am just over 8 weeks and soon I hope. Some doctors will not let you inflate for 6-8 weeks, then a bit longer until released for sex.

I don't see why an implant would affect ejaculation. My main sharing point with guys is that my implant just makes my dick hard. If doesn't really affect anything else (like urinating, ejaculation, post-prostatectomy orgasm, etc.).
