Guys Help me make this BOLD decision

Postby woundedlion » Mon May 14, 2018 6:32 pm

Guys,
Its finally come to this , i have struggled to find a solution to ED , since viagra stopped working all of a sudden 6 years ago.
My partner has suffered for 6 long years with poor sex, recently she has fairly and rightly expressed her disappointment and frustration i guess she run out of patience. She is young and sexy a lot younger than me .

This has prompted me to consider penile implants seriously.I am extremely reluctanct and skeptical about this.
I have been keen awaiting new future ED therapies/cures but none of them are anywhere near materializing any time soon

My biggest fear is that, the ultimate "perfect" ultimate ED cure for ALL men will hit the market soon and i will be stuck with this irreversible Implant procedure and have BIG regrets.

Please bear with me and understand my fears , but time is running out for me and i feel a bit pressured to keep my woman and family we have a child together who i adore so much .

This is my first week of this bold decision , i decided to give myself 1 year before i make this BOLD decison my concerns are this
1.Will i lose more sensitivity ? I already lost penile sensitivity with some level of numbness
2, Will i be able to ejaculate normally and also still be fertile as i intend to have another child?
3.Im worried about losing a bit of size , (i am quite long but could welcome the girth increase
Ive read so much about and the post operation size loss (very hard to compromise this)
4.Im very active with sports especially cycling ,soccer, squash will it affect my sport activities (what if the ball accidentally hits my scrotum or penis ) will it cause serious harm ?
I also suspect my fussy partner might not like it afterall,

Please help guys i am in a desperate situation , I just beed a reliable erection on demand to please her , i would particularly like to watch the perfect video or read all the neccessary information to guide this decision. As at the time of this writing i am still reading and watching youtube videos

i am based in the UK, and already aiming for the best implant surgeon in the country i am particularly interested in seeing this in action, show and tell etc..help guys

Don’t worry about the “ultimate cure” coming any time soon. Get back in the game.

Possibly, but you'll probably regain it all back. I'm 9 months post implant and only have slight sensitivity loss near the incision site.

2, Will i be able to ejaculate normally and also still be fertile as i intend to have another child?
Yes and Yes.

3.Im worried about losing a bit of size , (i am quite long but could welcome the girth increase
Ive read so much about and the post operation size loss (very hard to compromise this)
If you are quite long, good for you. With a good surgeon willing and able to properly size your implant, you should lose no length over time. Don't read much about guys losing girth, and with a Titan, you may gain girth.

4.Im very active with sports especially cycling ,soccer, squash will it affect my sport activities (what if the ball accidentally hits my scrotum or penis ) will it cause serious harm ?
I am not active in these areas, so I cannot comment other than to surmise -- a shot to the dick ot nuts is going to hurt no matter what. These devices are very durable.

I also suspect my fussy partner might not like it afterall,
That would be a shame and unlikely if she likes to have sex. How would she like it if you NEVER had to worry about getting it up? NEVER worry about keeping it up? Were ALWAYS able to meet her (multiple?) needs? Older women who have already lost some or much of their interest in sex may not like the implant. I literally can't imagine a younger woman having any problem with it.

You just need exactly what an implant can provide.

It is a BOLD decision and it takes courage. I wish you well in your decision, but would counsel against waiting for the "perfect" cure. This may be the perfect solution.

I was in the same thought (something new is just over the horizon) as you just before my implant in 2012. I have not regretted my decision. I have followed the new medical science coming out for the past 12 years and have seen no better options than the implant. I lost no length. Your only regret after you get an implant will be why did I not do it sooner. My wife is not complaining.
Do it now! Find the best surgeon and get it set on the calendar and don't look back.

Woundedlion,
Your questions were best answered. My thoughts: I just got my implant 4 days ago. I met the lady I'm with right AFTER my ED two years ago. She's very sexual and needs sex every day if not several times a day. BUT she put up with my issue and never complained. My decision after having the same questions/concerns that you have (and even more) WAS: can I afford to lose her and the answer was NO.
So I did it 1-for her, 2-for us and 3-for me (some may say #3 should be first). I'm seeing some loss of length as well that I hope I will gain back. But at least now I have something to offer her. Better than being embarrassed, apologizing and seeing the look of disappointment on her face.

After reading so many positive things here on franktalk about implants I think the others are right and you should get that implant ASAP.

I'm not a doctor, of course, and can't say it happens to everyone. I used Trimix for about year before my implant last Friday; my doctor told me that I developed Peyronie's Disease after using the injection. I'd noticed that the shape and form of my penis changed over this time. That even affected my implant somewhat.
Just FYI.
