I hope to have my Coloplast implant within the next month, Kaiser. I have been dealing with a turtle penis all my life, I'm 74. Erect it is 5.5" which is fine, but flaccid it retracts sometimes to the point it is hard to find to pull out to pee, and forget locker rooms! So I am looking forward to a 3" or 4" flaccid penis! I am blessed with a 6.5"+ girth when erect, which my wife, of 51 yrs., and I love, but have been dealing with ED for 15 or more years. Did not like the pills, hated the side effects, so been using injections for over 12 years now, worked great at first, and they still get me hard, most of the time, but for the last year will lose it most of the time when I try to penetrate. My wife has been a lot more understanding then I have about the problem, and supports my decision to have the surgery. Very much looking forward to it. I only have one very large testicle, from birth, on the left side so will have the pump on the right side which will have the added benefit of filling out the sack. So it all seems like a win win deal!

in my natural life. if a girl got close enough to my dick to touch it, she would find it rock hard. In my flaccid state I am just like I used to be when I needed to pee. I find that deflating I need to get all the saline pushed out, then I have to hit the pump one time to lock the inflation valve or I will auto inflate back to hard again. It hangs at 5 o'clock when deflated and still at 5 inch . Of coarse there is no way to hide the pump and valve.

My flaccid with an AMS is substantially firmer than it was naturally, and at least twice as long. I no longer have to hope for the urinal in the corner next to the wall, I don't mind whipping this out now. All in all, it's a vast improvement in what I wasn't blessed with naturally by being of northern European descent.

I keep 7 or 8 pumps in most of the time for comfort so my “flaccid” is semi full and feels damned nice

What are you complaining about. My AMS is 3 cm shorter than yours and the tubes are stuffed 3/4 through the glans and are planted half way to my butt hole

I think the same way.

Anyone fondling my dick can feel the tips in the head, the tubes in the shaft and the pump in my scrotum. It is noticably larger, stiffer and hangs nice. When I am pumped up, I can only feel the tips in the head and the pump. I can't feel the tubes at all unless I squeeze real hard. Try to refrain from using the word flaccid when referring to an implant. You will never be flaccid again. You are either pumped up or deflated. My flaccid (before Implant) was never more than 3". Now my deflated length is a constant 6". Quite a difference.

Titian implant 6 weeks ago. Last night when I went to brush my teeth I grabbed my have empty tooth past tube and realized it felt like my penis when completely empty, flaccid. My penis never stays flaccid because it back fills some. I also pump it up some because the folds still hurt. I will say it feels pretty good and looks impressive when it is pumped up enough to be considered flaccid, not yet erect. Reminds me when I was a young man getting out of a hot shower.

Biggest issue is hiding it in my pants.
