Needles through the Glands during Surgery ?

I have seen come surgeries where it looked like the cylinders were pulled into the glans by a thread attached to a needle that exited the glans. The thread was attached to the cylinder and exited the glans. The thread was then pulled from outside the penis, pulling the cylinder into place. I have also seen surgeries where this technique did not seem to be used.

Is this always done?

If not, what determines when it is used?

It was done on mine. No pain involved that I can remember.

I have not seen any other way to get the tips up into the glands during this surgery. It was done during my surgery. Video link in my signature. Very little pain from this for me and no scaring or change in my glands. Can't tell from looking at it now at 7 weeks that the needles and strands were pulled through the glands.

That's how mine was done. The tiny holes in the head were insignificant due to all the other pain, bruising, swelling, etc. There's no trace of those little spots now six months out.

That is how it is done. It must not hurt at all because you sleep through it. Don't be a sissy.

It is the common procedure, but I am curious if any guys whose cylinder tips do not reach way up into the glans know if it was or wasn't done during their implants.

:) I don't think I am a sisssy :) I hope to opt for being awake during the surgery. I am just interested in the procedure and any variations.

I am just curious HOW they feed the lines down in there. I have tried to picture different ways to do it but it is just not coming to me. I have been in the OR for several procedures, just nothing like that... Maybe if I ever find out I will wish I didn't know :D :D
