I got my AMS because my Urologist said that it produces a more natural appearance. Mine hangs just like my pre surgery dick only noticeable larger. Guys does your implanted dick look natural to you. Does it hang? Does it really matter? It works now. It was dead and useless before. Thank God for implants!

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Mine seldom hung far before my prostatectomy; more like stuck out 1-1/2” to 2-1/2”. Real relaxed and warm weather, may be three. After prostatectomy when it wasn’t an innie, is maybe stuck out 1-1/2”.
Now, when deflated, it actually hangs down at about the 5:00 position about 3+”. I finally have average looking dick. I love it.
