So I banged a girl last night ... on 100mg viagra from India that use to work for me but based on last night seems to not work for me anymore. I lost my erection half the time.... but she did have an orgasm at least. Any position other than lame ass missionary was a failure. Idk if the fact that my testosterone is low has anything to do with this ... or that i had a few drinks prior.... or that I have a venous leak that's just getting worse. Maybe I should just try real viagra. ED sucks guys. The hard part is that this girl wants to keep hooking up.... and I want to too but with this dysfunctional penis idk how I'm gonna go about it. I have to get diagnosed soon... but don't have insurance... i have to buy one. aaahhhh im so mad guys. If I didn't have ED I'd be so happy just dating multiple girls. I'm so close to just getting an implant. But need to rule out anything else first.
27, divorced no kids, ED since as long as I can remember, don't know the cause. Pills work but hate the sides/planning. Leaning towards an implant.

Seems to me you have some way to go before an implant. Buy at least real pills. It’s your health after all!!!!
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

Try everything before an implant. Mine is awesome, but you can't ever go back.

Donnie: what would you classify as everything? Pills,suppositories, shots, vacuum devices? Or random herbal remedies and shit like that that you see advertised online?
26 years old. USA. ED problem since teenage years. Doctor prescribed ED meds showing some efficacy but not a guarantee. As much as I’d like the implant I now think I should hold off if I’m seeing some results from pills

I would try holding off on the drinks, for a start. Seems like you’re a good way off from deciding on an implant.

There are numerous reasons for getting it up but not keeping it up. You shouldn't even think about an implant unless you can't get it up at all!

It's so rare for me to even get it up enough that I still like the idea of an implant- maybe not this year but in the near future. The severe inconsistency is killing me.
