Question.... when your girl friend asked if you wanted to have sex did you have to excuse yourself to go pump up or did you just do it in front of her. The reason I ask is that via Doctors orders, I cannot begin cycling until I'm 6 weeks post op (I will should be able to have sex then too). I have been exploring the pump everyday as I have been instructed to pull it down to keep it low. I have tried to squeeze the bulb and am able to get some of the fluid into my dick but quickly let. (the pump is as hard as a golf ball so it takes me several tries to squeeze it a little bit) So long story short I would think that the first time my wife and I have sex it would take me quite some time to get things ready for business. This is one thing she hated about my Trimix shots.

Is the difficulty these guys have brand related? Like Johnny, "wait till I go get ready" is not very romantic and mood setting!! It is not for me, now that I'm on Trimix. I'm hoping this issue will be minimized (for the most part) with implant.

Hi Thanks everyone for the support and happy to answer questions.

The first time we had sex I pumped while I was showering with her.
She's seen me pump before so it's not as weird as the first time, and she's getting more and more used to it.
I'm also just getting more comfortable pumping in front of her lol. Too comfortable? maybe.
We're open about all things these days after 4 years. Poop, periods, etc.

I have no difficulty pumping
Pumping (for me) can be done quickly, at least for me and my Titan Touch.
The bulb fills back up quickly after I squeeze it and let go.
I can get my 15-25 pumps done in under 45 seconds. If I'm quick probably under 30 seconds.
It's good practice to pump a few times before foreplay, like when she disrobes, and the rest while you're doing the foreplay, going down on her etc.

Also good to note that my engorgement of the glans only takes a few strokes to fill up, so while I'm cylinder hard, the rest falls into place nicely while building up to intercourse.

Do as instructed
I was instructed to wait til my 2 week checkup to pump, but I had healed very well and I jumped the gun and pumped at 10 days.
If you feel healed enough, I would suggest talking to your doctor about either scheduling an earlier "pump session" or just ask if you can pump any earlier.
They will know best. Typically the pumping can be done, but it's the deflating that can be difficult and if you can't deflate, you get to walk around with an uncomfortable boner.

I was also masturbating at about day 5 or 7.... Very gently and while deflated. Again, something to talk to your doctor about before doing early.
Intercourse I waited the full 6 weeks because vaginal secretions are full of bacteria and didn't need that near any surgical incisions.

A lot of healing is happening in those first few weeks. On the inside and outside.

Hope that helps. Cheers!

I would strongly caution those of you who go against doctors orders to stop advertising that you have done so. What may be ok for some, may not be ok for others. Although the procedure is basically the same thing for every patient, there are things that could be different and make a huge difference... sutures, for example, depending on what kind of stitches are used may make a difference on time frames. I GET IT. I have been having pecker problems for 48 years (since I was 3). I get horney like every other guy BUT, I don't want to fuck up this miracle procedure (implant) because I can't wait one more week.

The silence speaks volumes.
