I live in France and have never had the chance to try trimix injections as they are not licensed here. We have caverjet which I can not use as the results are not good enough and are very painful.
Any advice would be appreciated

I am unaware of why Trimix would not be approved in France, but here in the USA, it is ONLY available from a COMPOUNDING Pharmacy, and NOT available from a regular drug store. I assume that is because Trimix needs to be refrigerated from the time it is made. You might try Googleing "Compounding Pharmacy" in you location. Then inquire. Just a thought.
