Do you mean 2 units? 20 units? What "mix" is your Trimix? It should say on your bottle or script.
Married 42 years. Heart attack at 58. Stented. CAD. Heart meds along with the CAD are raising hell with Willy's willingness to come out and play. Sildenafil works, but with annoying side effects. We're having a VERY enjoyable experience with Trimix!

10mm? Is that needle depth or length? I'm not familiar with that length needle. I see the 5/16" or 8mm and the 1/2" or 12mm but not 10mm. Maybe a few of the Autoject guys will chime in as to what their setting is with the 1/2" needles so you can have a starting point.

There are so many variables here that it's hard to know what to suggest. With your minimal doctors office trials there's know way to tell if your getting the juice to the sweet spot with correct angle and depth, the mix is wrong or too weak or it's just not going to work for you. Personally I'd like to see you have more trials at the doctors office until you at least get some reaction so you have a base to work from. Of course I didn't get shit from my doctors office in that department either. Actually, all I ever got was a script for the meds. Sad!

Good luck, stay positive and I pray you'll have success.

If you try .2 and it doesn't work... what is stopping you from injecting another .2 in like 30 minutes?

37.5 papaverine
1.25 phetolamine
12.5 prostaglandin

So not sure if this high dose or not. Yes 20 units.

I am using 1/2 in but set between the 5/16 and 1/2.

That's wonderful. Try to remember what you did correct that worked but don't let another failure get you down. You'll get it figured out.

Well my wife did it last night but 2 things I did and wanted to know what you guys think..

I did not shake the mix the first time..
And I did not go all the way in with the 1/2 needle. On the auroject I went in maybe 3/8.
I did manual injection last nite I am going to try another auroject maybe tomorrow nite and see if that works.
But I will say this stuff works and works great.
Had a great 19 yr old woody for about an hour or so then 80% for another hour till it was gone...
I can deal with that...
