Mixed result with penile injection

Postby dotcom » Wed Mar 07, 2018 2:42 pm

I have performance ED, so doctor prescribed me injections. i'm using BD ultra fine II 30g 5/16" syringes with Inject Easy injector. First several months, everything was OK and I was getting erection after injection. But last couple of months , maybe only 30% of injections work good, other times - no erection at all....
The problem is not with dosage, as sometimes with the same dosage I have perfect erection for 2 hours or so , and sometimes nothing (and this is with medicine from same bottle)).
I used different sides, I injected when penis is flat or a bit erect...... same mixed results....

Maybe I inject too shallow or too deep...hell knows....told it to doctor, he said that he has no idea why it's happening....
The solution I have contain:
chlorpromazin 1.923 mg
papaverine 17.5
atropine 0.23 m

What can be an issue?

Dear Friend,
Recently I switched to that thin short needle and had nothing but problems. I think it’s too tiny for the Autoject. I’d advise you to get 28 or 29 gauge needles, set the length at 5/18 on the autoject (first notch) and try that. This needle is a little more stiff and easier to penetrate.
All the best.

I'm also thinking that as I inject more-and-more, the needle has to penetrate more tissue to reach the target? I even have trouble getting the 1/2"er all way in now.

I'm using Inject Ease 100/1.0 ml
http://www.ambimedinc.com/inject-ease/

I think that BD 100 unit is the only one that fits this device. Also I cannot setup depth of the injection (only 1 notch there).
I asked in the pharmacy and they have only 30g and only 5/16 inch (8 mm). Same on Amazon

And I kinda scared to inject without injector :(
What kind of 28 or 29 gauge needles do you use?

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Just curious, are you doing injection into a flat or semi-erected penis?

You really shouldn't be afraid to try injecting without the auto injector. It really isn't a big deal. If the auto injectors work for you, then great, use them. However, you may find greater success doing manual injections. There are numerous posts over several threads on this topic that offer advice on various techniques that have proven successful for many users. Read as many of the older threads on the topic as you can. Personally I have great success manually injecting with 31 gauge 5/16" needles. Use the smallest cc volume syringes that will hold your dose as the smaller ones have less plunger resistance. I wouldn't think 5/16 would be long enough for an auto injector.

I never used an auto-injector all the years I injected. Never once missed the mark either. Personally, I wouldn't want to use one. Too many "unknowns" that I can't see and I'd rather have absolutely 100% control of needle and syringe.
