I get extreme pain from the pge-1. If I use bi-mix I have no pain. I have read that maybe it is the water that is used in making the injectable pge-1 that causes the pain. Any thoughts on this. Anyone mix their own pge-1 from muse?
2 units of tri with 22 units of bi 30-2 gives me a hard hard on. 37 units of bi gives me plump for 30 minutes. Still looking for way to use PGE-1 without the pain.

I tried lots of different combos, and any that had prostaglandin caused me a lot of pain. The mixtures without (Bimix formulas) would cause significant plumpness, but not enough rigidity for penetration. Some guys just can't tolerate the PGE's. Hope you can find the happy medium.

Unfortunately all alprostadil causes pain for some individuals. I don't think the brand will make any difference. Fortunately in some, possibly many cases, the pain from the drug diminishes over time allowing the user to enjoy the erection without the pain. I did initially have some pain but with a combination of perfecting the dose and time and experience I no longer have the pain issue.
