Fear of starting shots, need input

Postby timberghost » Tue Feb 20, 2018 12:02 am

I'm labeled as Peyronie's disease. They got my injections cleared by insurance and want me to come to their office for two a week. one , then day off, then another. Not sure how many weeks she said but dudes I am terrified of just the thought. I don't think it is as bad as it was when I went to the doc the first time, and since I can't get a full hard I really don't know how bad it is now, so how can they"? Anyway could someone that has been through them tell me how it goes. how big a needle ?, where will they stick it? How bad does it hurt, how bad is the after effect? Is this going to help or am I trying to talk myself out of it? They gave me a pamphlet but I just glanced through it and it just talked about Peyronie's disease. I got my GP doc to write a script for the generic Viagra but he only wrote for 20. it takes 10 to make 1 Viagra and I tried to milk them and still haven't gotten a full hard on like I was getting. Input please.

Dear Friend,

A little over a year ago I was feeling the same way you do. I could not imagine diving myself an injection. However I had terrible experiences with all these women and that was just sad.

I went to the urologist and he gave me a small shot which wasn’t bad. I got a rich hard injection I haven’t had in years. Picked up my prescription and supplies and it took me about 10-15 trials to get it right.

The needle is tiny and thin. I would highly recommend that you get an Autoject which will take away the discomfort by almost 100%. You wont even see the needle.

For almost a year now I have an incredible dating life and sexual satisfaction. I feel extremely confident that I can satisfy myself and my woman. I wish I started much sooner.

Like newtoed posted above^^^^the injections scared the hell out of me when I started researching how to cure this ED problem but I was at a dead end street with the pills that were expensive, unreliable and made me feel terrible.

I finally made the appointment with the Clinic and they assured me that I would not even feel the injection using the Autoject that newtoed mentioned and they were right as I never even flinched as its over before you can bat an eye. Needless to say when my dick started swelling and got hard as a 20 yr old I was sold. It may take a few injections to get it dialed in just right but you will figure it out pretty quick and there are plenty of guys here that will help you along the journey.

I can tell you this, once you realize what will happen to your dick after you inject you won't be concerned at all with that little needle..lol. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Thanks all, the nurse called today and informed me the name of the injection is Xiaflex. Is this the same injection y'all got?? cause I keep seeing a trimix. I'm easily confused but I am now over the fear and look forward to the hope of being able to really pound the old lady like I used to. (sorry just don't know any other way to put it) also my bend is not as bad as it was when I first saw the euro? so I asked for another doc in the same office to get a fresh look at my dishonor. At least I am no longer thinking of ways to end my life because I don't feel like a man with this.

Do you still want input or are you happy with the info you've gotten? I know many people don't like needles. A good friend, an excellent athlete in his prime, still gets whoozy at the sight of one. I inject and hardly feel anything worth mentioning at that moment. The end results are so good I would be willing to take more pain than I currrently get. Is your issue visual or sensory (potential pain) ?
Married, 66 yrs old, ED for 22 yrs. On TriMix for 5 yrs. Live in the Adirondacks of NY. Would be a nudist if it weren't for the black flies and the short summers. :D
