I'm not a medical professional of any kind and I'm only sharing my personal experiences. Nothing I post should be construed as medical advice. Always consult your doctor and defer to his/her advice.

I use both Viagra and inject alprostadil fairly often. It's not something that should be taken lightly and if someone is going to try it they should start with low doses and work up. I believe it's not recommended medically and consulting a doctor would be the proper course of action..

Hey Spoon,

I will admit there is a big difference between an erection on pills versus that of the injections. With the pills you still need to be stimulated so you had to make your brain think about sex or sexy things and it usually took a little stimulation to get hard. It felt a little more natural because you had to get your brain involved.

I started using injections about 6 months ago and it's taken some getting used to and I have had a few bad experiences and some misses. I think I have it down now. My awesome girlfriend was a little bummed at first since she needs to know that I am into her to get aroused. It's taken a bit of work but we have figured it out. All you really need to do is inject and get hard and then start some foreplay and before you know it your head and your dick are in the game. Fortunately my girl is smoking hot and super sexy so she knows I always want her although my dick might not be at attention.

I am curious why you stopped using the pills. Are they no longer effective for you ?

Cheers
