So The PGE-1 didn't work for me, 25+ units and miserable pain and less than 5 minute erection. went back down to 20 where I had a 10-15 minute erection the first time only to have a less than 5 minute erection. Pain was not as bad but left me seriously frustrated.

Doc prescribed me trimix, at 12-1-10 (pap/phen/pge1) which seems very light formulation from reading all of the threads. Get to try it out tonight or possibly in the morning, figured I would start at 20 units and see what happens...

Well did you try it? Lotsa help here if you have questions.

For what it may be worth, my formula is PGE 20/PAP 30/PHE 1. As far as I know, I've used the same formula since 2010 and I have had virtually 100% success with no side effects--other than not being grouchy all the time.

I did!!!!!! Finally able to finish inside after at least a couple years. I guess 30 units next time and see if it gets up to closer to an 8+ and stays that way for a while.

Now I'm real curious about how increases in strength of PHE and PAP make to better results especially after reading the rocket fuel thread.

I can relate to your feelings, from frustration all the way to "hearing the angels sing" as you put it, while in the throes of a massive multi-spasming orgasm that rates among the deepest strongest ever. A word of caution from a guy who has been injecting for over 4 years now and who went through a fairly long period having problem reaching orgasm. This in spite of near 100% success rate in terms of getting a full, long lasting erection . When I seemed to lose my ability to cum, I tried using more and more alprostadil ( also know as PGE-1). the erections got harder, lasted longer (often to require Sudafed to deflate) but my orgasms just weren't happening, as sensation would diminish after 10 or 12 minutes. Then I tried cutting way back on the med, from 16-18 units down to 8 to 10. At first this worked well (at last!) well enough that I recommended it on this site. Then I started losing my erections for no apparent reason. finally about 2 months ago i went back up to 16-18 units. I also freed myself from mind games and just went with the flow, not sweating whether I'd cum or not. And started experimenting masturbating with a Flesh Light aviator model) My wife was happy with her orgasms though she shared my frustration over mine. She helped me out with my "training" too.

The word of caution: be careful not to go too high on amount you inject. Not sure why you'd want to if you are getting what you want already. Great! Ask Doc to give you stronger formula. Also...try using a Cock Ring ..adjustable. Put in on right after injecting (still soft) and take off when the deed is done (1 hr max). Make sure it an be removed when hard. I use one and it will firm things up keeping you hard longer.

Yes, and that will be the goal is to get what works down pat, and also see if I can get a longer erection lasting a couple hours for when we want to play a while Bummed the alprostadil didn't work out for me and 9ml is going to waste, but at least now I know to keep that to a minimum in the next batch of tri-mix and play with the other 2 chemicals when I run out of my current batch. Thanks for the Kudo's too, it really was mindblowing
