Hello mates,
I am very sensitive to Trimix. I am currently only using about 6 or 7 units of the lowest dosage that my compounding pharmacy will make. I have had a few priapisms even at this low dosage so I am very gun shy about using it. Does anyone dilute their formulas or does anyone have any advice on the best way for me to dilute mine ?

That's crazy low. Get 30 unit syringe and inject 4 units

I use 4 units of the 40/30/2 Trimix and it's almost too much too. You can get a smaller syringe as the previous member said for more precise measurement. Or you can get steril antibacterial water for a few dollars and dilute the Trimix in the syringe. Like aspirated 2 units and 2 units of the water. I used to do that but my Trimix is getting old and a little less effective. Still only 4 units needed ofvthis strong formula.

Age 54, Single, Los Angeles. Stage 2 rectal cancer in 2013. Radiation, surgery, chemo. In remission for 5 years. Some ED before cancer, complete since. 2-3 units of Trimix 40/30/2 2-3 times a week since Feb/2017 with great success!

Bimix is less powerful. May try that in future.
