Yeah, I hear that... I never considered myself having a PE problem either ,but I never was able to hang in there as long as I would have liked either... Like I mentioned, Now I'm feeling great about my stamina but it's bothering my partners that they can't get me to the point of ejaculation.... Like I said... It's always something!

As u guys know I'm fairly new to all this and I truly believe with some tweaking of medication strength and dosage I feel I'll be able to solve most of my problems.. Extremely grateful for learning about Trimix and for all you guys sharing your knowledge and willingness to help newbies like myself ..

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

Yep, difficulty in reaching orgasm via vaginal sex is the only downside I have found with Trimix. I asked the doc about it and he indicated that it was not unusual and could be caused as much by the root causes of the ED itself as it could also be a side-effect of the Trimix. On the whole, having to finish off manually is far preferable to not being able to achieve erection at all.

I actually get off much better on Trimix than I did on pills...pretty much 100%. The quality of the erection and wife's response is a huge plus.

I've been on Trimix almost 5 years now..I'm 63 with cardiovascular disease..I found lowering the dose helped with being able to ejaculate. There seems to be a "window" with me and Trimix..too little and I'm too soft..too much and I can't ejaculate. I would experiment a little with the dosage until you find your "strike zone"...

I agree with the observation above. I think to hard erection desensitized the nerve endings and extends or prohibits orgasm. If the penis is not that hard the pressure is less that makes the nerve endings more sensitive. (You can demonstrate this by squeezing one of your finger tips: it will become read and can tolerate more pain because the nerve endings are under pressure).

Most of us here want a hard erection. Trimix erections if they are good last 1-2-3 hours and we want to take advantage of it and pound away because it feels good. But let's not forget that biologically sex is not intended to pleasure us, but to eject the sperm into the female as soon as fast as possible, because we are very vulnerable during copulation "surrounded by lions".
Culturally we put layers on copulation: romantic language, setting, lingerie, toys, different poses and extended time for pleasure. (We did they same thing with eating for nutrition and doing physical activity just to excercize).

I agree, maybe there is an ideal dose that can give us extended pleasure but orgasm at the end. But orgasm also depends on many other things: mood, partner, being tired etc.
All the best.

I've been experiencing difficulty reaching orgasm since prostate removal 15 months ago. Injections or Viagra seem to make it so hard that there is less sensation. Injections cause mr happy to ache contributing to the problem. One thing I have noticed, if you take an anti depressant or anti anxiety med it can affect your ability to achieve orgasm.

Can I refer to you a reply I posted a few hours ago on the next thread (1st injection) regarding too erect to climax? Though you do mention antidepressants which likely throws my idea out the window, I recommend trying less dosage rather than more. Many of us had ED long before it was a household term and our erections were far from rock hard, but we still managed through on occasion. Your penis may perform admirably being less than rock hard.
