I was 78 at the time and was not ready to give up on sex. I have never regretted my urologist advice.

This post is certainly encouraging. 78 at time of implant and still hittin it!
Born 7/10/1944, Married, started ED issues in late 50's. Used Viagra, Cialis with some success but unreliable, expensive and side effects not acceptable. Started using Trimix 11/2016 and having very good results now.

Four years and counting. The injections have been very close to 100% effective for helping me get a solid erection. No scarring or any other physical issues. Have had some serious issues with reaching orgasm. My uro thinks the problem is "all in my head". But i know that I felt some loss of sensation after a year or so of injecting, ave 2-3 times a week. I just got a Fleshlight masturbator the "flight instructor" model after reading how this product can be used to "re-sensitize" men who have gotten into the habit of masturbating too hard and fast and with a "death grip". The Fleshlight, especially this model gets away from that, giving a nice light touch
all over the penis, and with its hard plastic case (sleeve inside) one can't grip it tighter as soon as it feels like an orgasm might be hard to reach. First test flight went very well. My wife was involved, which added spice to the experience. But I whole heartedly endorse use of injections. Giving myself an injection is something that actually enjoy, in no small part to the fat that I know for certain how good it will soon feel as my penis swells to a long-lasting erection, one that will satisfy my wife fully and will give me much pleasure, whether I cum or not.
Injections for 5 years PGE-1 (Alprostadil) 40 mcg /ml. Trying Tri Mix (20-2-30 . Hope is shift in meds will restore some sensitiviy. Enjoy sharing openly withother "EDguys". Love the site, informative and entertaining too!

Used them a little less than a year. They were still effective about 50% of the time. Very unpredictable. Started to look at implants to avoid all the hoopla of needles, injecting and waiting. The effectiveness was random. I couldn't tell when it would work and when not. Besides the injections were expensive at the rate I was using them and the implant was "out patient surgery" and covered by insurance. A FREE erection will be appreciated.
Aug'15: RP NON nerve-sparing on Rt. Pills, vac pump, injections: Injections were best, about 50%. Aug'17: Penile pain and headaches. Implant: AMS CX 18 cm+2 cm. (Undersized! :x ) Asked for LGX! Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, LA Still working great.

Hi DonDon; Sorry if this seems like a creepy question, I was implanted with the same implant, size and rte's, can you tell me your sizes flaccid and erect? :)
