Should I shake bottle after thawing. The last time I thawed it out and filled a few syringes however I didn't shake the bottle. I had little or no erections with those injections. Do the three ingredients separate during freeing.

sometimes i do. i dont really shake, just twirl. this helps any precipitated meds to return to solution.

There's no published medical evidence about shaking Trimix after freezing. Heck, there is not even a consensus in the medical community about whether Trimix should be kept frozen or simply refrigerated. So if you want to shake your vial after thawing, go ahead. It won't hurt anything.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
