I think the smallest syringe is an insulin syringe (1ml) That is what is shown in the picture above (on page 1)

That was a post of mine from over 6 months ago. I decided not to use the Autoject due to the lack of precision with shot placement. I don't want to drill a vein. Plus I've discovered I have less pain from the injected meds if I inject slowly as I demonstrated in my video. The Auto injectors aren't for me but if they work for you I'm all for it. Everyone needs to find their own path. Of course it helps to take advantage of the experiences of others.
