Arousal problems with Bimix

Postby Reggieman » Tue Mar 14, 2017 9:09 pm

I don't think Bimix has anything to do with my arousal problem. I suspect it has to do with the prostate removal (RP) that was done in June 2016. I can get hard enough for sex but can't orgasm with intercourse, hand job from my wife or me masturbating. Today after attempting sex with the wife I then tried the Nobra Twin Charger I purchased but that failed me too. I've only tried it twice now but failure both times. I next tried my Electro-stim device but that didn't do anything. I'm not sure if using the vibrator first numbed me out prior to using the Electro-stim.

Looking at porn has failed me too. Prior to getting the RP, porn could get me aroused. Part of the problem is psychological I think. I read that the prostate produces an enzyme that converts testosterone to rocket fuel (arousal aid). Now that I don't have a prostate nothing works to get me aroused or off!

Has anyone similar problems? I'm getting a bad attitude about having sex and that doesn't help my anxieties either.
Retired. R.P. 2016. Bilateral nerve sparing surgery. Now use .15cc of Bimix twice weekly & anorgasmia, moderately incontinent. Wife no longer interested so go solo with Electro-stim using Erostek ET-312. Now am Type 2 diabetic.

I have had success with erections using Bimix, but even pre-injection, I could achieve orgasm, but it took a very long time - sometimes an hour of stimulation. This included watching porn (my wife got tired after 30-40 minutes). I thought I may be desensitized, so I tried something - no sex, no manual stimulation, no porn for 3 weeks, then no video or pictures, but I read erotica. After that, I could get physically aroused a little bit and achieve orgasm either with wife's help or reading erotica in about 20-30 minutes.

Then I started injections. Once I figured out the dosage to maintain a good erection, I couldn't achieve orgasm, even after more than 2 hours. So again, I abstained for about 10 days. Another attempt, and I achieved orgasm in about 45 minutes - a little long for my wife of 25 years, but she was happy for me. Pre-surgery, I couldn't maintain an election for 45 minutes so I have nothing to compare to.

So, bottom line, try to abstain and become resensitized to porn if you enjoy it - but try using it in moderation. But I understand that injections in themselves don't guarantee complete recovery. But this is something easy to try assuming you have the patience.

Good luck.
