I would not say the diabetes is the issue. The body gets used to a steriod and it takes higher and higher doses. As an example, Depo medrol, Solumedrol, Decadron and Kenalog are commonly used to treat allergies. 30 years ago 1/2 cc was good for me for 3 months. FDA recommends 3 month intervals. I have had so many over the years at ever increasing doses that I've needed 1-2 cc as often as every 2-3 weeks sometimes in recent years.
Cialis takes higher doses, Trimix took higher doses. The body adjusts to what it considers it should be. What your body may think is right may not be ideal but it adjusts to what it thinks it should be. Just like when your balls shrink when you use testosterone. It is your body adjusting itself to the outside influence. Diabetes may well be the basis for your ED along with age and certainly does not improve it as you age either but the need for higher doses is likely your body getting used to it. People with healthy bodies other than ED report having to raise their dosage over time also.

Hey NeedleD,
I have stepped up my script after reading about that rocket fuel, 120/30/2 formula you're using. I now have an 80-30-2 script:
Prostaglandin 80
Papervine 30
Phentolamine 2
So I moved up from 40-30-2. I just didn't have the courage to go all the way to 120/30/2! Lol. We'll see how it goes when I have it filled. I thought my old script was almost what I needed but not quite. Thanks for posting about your experiences at 120/30/2.

So my question is simply, "Do larger penises need more MLs and higher dosages/units of Trimix than say the average penis?" What guidance can you guys give me on this issue.
Another thing, I am on Plavix, a blood thinner since I have a stint in the widow maker LAD artery. Any body here on Plavix who sticks their dick? Any bruising or problems???

I'm 6.25" in circumference (and larger at the base) and have the same questions. When you work out the actual volume it can be like twice the volume of your average dick. That's not to brag, I would rather a normal dick with no ED, but I wonder if size also contributes to my ED.

Best of luck to you. Having a compounder you trust is a plus. Due to new rules on sterility, injectable compounders are fewer than they were.
I didn't know this. If the fibrosis is bad enough, could this lessen the effects of the injection?

Check out Anazao.com. That's who I get Trimix from, they're in Tampa, Fl. That is where you will find the Trimix designations as I've described. It's their terminology for their mixes. Super Trimix #4 120/30/2 that I got was a custom order my URO placed with Anazao not listed on their website. Many here complain about aching from less powerful mixes but I'm guessing it has to do with one's size? I have NO COMPLAINTS!!!
Here's the formula: PGE 120, Pap 30, Phent 2.
Hmm, I think I am going to ask my uro to increase the strength. Mine is 50/30/3 and it has become less effective. Did 80 units yesterday and it wasn't firm enough for penetration.

Awesome! You WILL have success with that formula. If you have girth above 5 Try 20 units first shot.
I'm on Quad mix 100/30/2/.01 and have no ache problems like I did at 120 PGE {as I found out later}.

Hi Thinktank I hope you have good luck with it. I tryed injections it work about 3 times. Not after that left scarring. Going for an implant in June.
