I would have paid for a video. My concerns were pain, getting the right spot, not getting same results every time, bruising, and autoinjector versus just needle. I would also be willing to participate in video (be filmed)now that I know how to inject!

I have a question. I am 66. I have gone from pills to injections, and am being told implant is next step. Why would injections stop working? What physical changes actually happen so that injections no longer work? I have good success now with injections.

Thank you all--you are right, practice makes for more success! I have even stopped using the auto injector, and have no problem using the needle. I have not bruised in weeks, and have 100% erection success. I dare say, I actually get excited thinking I am going to stick a needle in my penis, because I know what comes next--a great, hard erection and great sex--makes my wife orgasm with penetration, which has not happened in 25 years!! I am also thicker than before!! All the apprehension about shots is gone.

New to injections but am wondering if any one notices a difference in reaction based on the side you do the injection.

Does anyone get a better result from one side over the other?

Hard to say. I had good results for years with Viagra, but it eventually stopped working. I tried many different forms and dosages of injectables over a period of several months and had zero - and I mean zero - response to any of them. My urologist had no idea why nothing worked.

I had read about AUTO INJECTOR and that was definitely the thing for me. at 30 units I didn't feel the shot-- at 100 units it hurt as the injecting took so long. FEMALE NURSE used a model first and then I watched a video --I had also c=done that at home first. FIrst shot she fired in me with me assisting.....3 more appointments to get dosage right and I did those under supervision. I was mortified no male available to assist on this at a place with 25 male urologists....woman was VERY nice and sympathetic to how embarrassed I was and did all she could to calm me as we proceeded. Not great results on first trials with lower doses....Tried later at home on my own along with oral medication 1 hour prior to but only limited success....

Like all the group I got no training just one office visit With this how you do it. Best thing they did was up sell me on auto injector.AND they set it up for me. STILL had trial and error on dosages, many times of black and blue from practicing until you get good at it.I used trimix for 5 years now implanted. I wish that had done that 5 years ago instead of the tri-mix ,things you learn the hard way.The auto injector is the way to go worth the investment.

I totally agree with electrician. Although injections didnt work for me the auto-injector made the experience of injecting less troublesome.

I researched endlessly and only found a few that really didn't show anything of what to expect although I found countless videos on implant procedures, inflation/deflation. Other questions were probably more usual like does it hurt, what does the erection feel like, does it feel and act like a normal erection, etc.

Your injection demo is the kind of thing I found useful. The injector part was excellent. Most of my problems are caused by my tremor which was solved with the same injector you use. I am interested in similar videos and discussions without injectors.

I would like to know more about were to shoot and what are the better places. I use a 1/2 in 29 gauge needle. An important discovery was how to hold my penis. Your demo was outstanding with no pun. It is how you grab it so the injection location would miss the urethra and be in the better location from the base of the penis.

I have been doing Injections for a couple of years. I would benefit from on an ongoing review of injectors and injection techniques. My handicap is a bad tremor. Injectors are all not the same and the differences are important.

Here is an example.
