Precum and Trimix

Before I got ED when I was aroused anf had an erection, some precum (male lubicant for the penis), would come out of the head. After my ED even when I got an erection from a medication, nothing came out again. Now after injecting Trimix, I noticed I again secrete some precum when erect. My wife noticed this too. Also noticed that the head and shaft are very sensitive but I seem to last longer even though Im more sensitive. Have any other Trimix users noticed this too.
