Longer time before climaxing

Ive noticed that since I begin injection Trimix I take longer to climax even though my penis is a lot more sensitive than before. Also noticed ejaculations are stronger and seem to last longer. My wife says more semen also. Neither of us are complaining. Just curious. Anyone else experience this too?

Yes, I have experienced the delayed ejaculation, too. In fact, sometimes, but not too often yet, I might not ejaculate at all. In my case I attribute this to my age (70), but I'm not sure. I don't have prostate nor other health problems, but the ED developed over about a fifteen or twenty year period. I finally got a handle on it last year with a combination of Testosterone shots (for motivation), Cialis and Levitra, and now Trimix. I take daily 5mg Cialis; sometimes that alone is sufficient for successful intercourse; other times I take a 20 mg Levitra or Cialis; usually, however, I take a Trimix shot, and that almost always guarantees great sex, including ejaculation. I think we all want to have an orgasm, but I try to focus on the fantastic sensations of intercourse even when ejaculation seems to take forever. I would also like to know what percentage of us guys over 65 or 70 experience these delayed (or sometimes never) ejaculations. It would be interesting to do a survey of this topic on Frank Talk.

I am also 70 and developed ever increasing ED as a consequence of 19 years as a diabetic. In my case, I have age and neuropathy working against me. I enjoy penetrative sex four or five times a week ( guess I am trying to make up for the years when getting and maintaining an erection were few and far between); however, I am only able to orgasm about once a week. Now that the novelty of being able to get an erection On demand has passed, I only use Trimix once or twice a week. On "off Trimix" days I take 10 mg of daily Cialis and 50 mg of Viagra on demand. On these non Trimix days I need an Osbon tension band to generate and maintain an erection, but the constriction reduces sensitivity such that I rarely orgasm on these days. We call these fun sex days.

In order to achieve orgasm, I need to use Trimix and even then I can rarely orgasm more than once a week. It seems my "fun sex" gets me primed so I can more easily orgasm on Trimix days. Though I am only enjoying orgasmic sex about once a week, we do enjoy a lot more penetrative sex than we did for the past 15 years. I am not complaining, though my wife seems to be getting tired a lot sooner than in the past.

Im 60 and at times very last long time before climax. Im not complainingh because my wife likes that, I dont have to worry about ejaculating too soon, and because my penis is very sensitive from the Trimix I find intercourse very pleasing.

I have a suggestion which might "speed" you up. When my wife and I are having intercourse and I feel like its time foor an orgasm, she fondles my balls and anus. This inceases the excitment and usually triggers my ejaculation. Hope i hadnt been too graphic.

Thanks. I am also having difficulty, but can withdraw for wife to fondle balls and anus intil I ejaculate. Next time, I'll try withdrawing and masturbating a while till near ready to cum, and then re-penetrate. I never use to have this problem, but live and learn.

I haven’t climaxed during sex in going on three weeks! Want to cum so badly. No meds changes or anything I can attribute this change too! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try or do? I have my regular upcoming appointment with my urologist this coming Tuesday. Trying not to make a big deal out of this but I need to break this cycle as soon as I can. Got an implant AMS 700 LGX Jan 2020. All seems to be well with my implant. Thanks in advance!
