Long Term / Extended Injecting - Effect on Size?

I have seen post from members who say that they have experienced increases in girth after periods of injecting.

Some questions to provoke a debate.

How frequently, and over what period were you / have you been injecting?
Did you notice any increase in length?
Was any increase actual growth, or were you reclaiming previous atrophy after a period of ED?
Was any girth increase uniform, or more noticeable about the base?

Any other associated comments?

I've been injecting for over 12 year, and my girth has increased from 5.5" to just over 6.5" . Now I can't say it was because of the injections or just getting older, but I love it . The measurement was taken mid shaft, it is a little larger at the base. I have been injecting about 5 to 6 times a month over that 12 year time, there has been no increase in length .

Injecting about 6 years probably averaged to 3 times a week.

I have regained some of the length lost to the RP but I'm still shorter than my pre RP length. I did not have ED prior to the RP. My initial loss of length was caused by the RP itself and not from atrophy.

My girth has increased some over pre RP I'm sure, although I never measured girth pre RP. The base is thicker but not dramatically so.

I have also used a VED to fight atrophy post RP so I have no way of knowing what changes in size can be attributed to which therapy.

I was using therapy, VED and or injections, fairly soon after my RP to avoid actual atrophy. The size lost to having some of your tubing hacked out is bad enough.

My dick was above average in both length and girth pre RP but I was never porn star material. Now I struggle to stay a solid 6.5 on a good maximum dose injection day. A less than maximum injection will deliver a more comfortable but less useful maximum of 6". There is a fat pad that further reduces practicable lengths some. Hopefully the fat pad will shrink as I lose weight, which I'm fixing to do, as my doctor just informed me yesterday that I've gained and my bloodwork now says I'm no longer pre-diabetic but now in diabetic territory.

I realize I'll never regain what I lost due to having my prostate and associated urethra hacked out. I just don't want to lose more.

I too have heard this, and I think I can shed a bit of light on the science of the subject.

If you read pubmed and some of the blogs of the only 2 successful chem PE guys (very dangerous, almost everyone that tries ends up with permanent ED) I am aware of, you will find that pge-1 decouples the collegen bonds in the trunca. That allows for more expansion (this seems to be localized to the injection site area). Which would produce increased girth at the potential expense of length.

Ronniel, (the most successful chem PE guy) has theorized that length is limited by the septum. And has found that compression ( with a silicone pumping sleeve) stops the girth expansion and forces the septum to expand.

This is potentially very dangerous, and I don't recommend injections to increase size. However, if you are on injectables for ED. Wearing a pump sleeve after you erection goes down, could prevent huge girth increases by transferring them to length.
After 2 hours without pge in the penis, the collegen bonds start to recouple.

Increased girth, little, if any, increase in length. I've always assumed that the increased girth is a result of dramatically better blood flow (and retention) into the shaft. See health issues and injection history in my signature.

Before injections, I did a lot of pumping which increased girth by about an inch. When I switched to injections (injected for about three years), I gained little or no additional girth.

I read on some penis enhancement sights that guys who induce preapism for four hours or more using injections have experienced significant girth increases. Not something I would want to try.

Much harder, more reliable and more durable erections, but some loss of length and girth (less than an inch of each).
A bit bigger flaccid, though that varies a lot. These measurements after using Alprosdadil for over 4 1/2 years, average 2-3 times a week.
Improvement of erections more than compensates for slight size loss. I am especially pleased with increase in flaccid size, as I am into social nudism. It is amazing how much into our penis sizes we men are !

My penis looks the same when flaccid. But after injecting I see tremendous increase in girth, including the head, which is noticeably larger. There is no real difference in length. Just my opinion, but I don't think Trimix enables your penis to experience permanent growth. However, I think it allows the blood vessels and such to expand after injection.

The most important thing to me is the increase in girth. When I first started injection my wife of more than 35 years audibly gasped at the changes.

Let's face it, It only takes 2-3 inches of length to satisfy a woman. I am at about 6 inches, which is more than enough. Add to that a fat circumference and a big head and I have everything I need to please me and her.

I hope not. I'm already big enough which I think is a byproduct / complicates my ED. I'm 6.25" in girth most of the way and well over 6.5" in girth at the base. Buying condoms that fit is already a problem. I have to order online because condoms with the appropriate circumference are illegal in the US.

I have seen an improvement in my erections while not injecting. I've woken up to hard morning wood on a few occasions where it had been several days since I last injected. It's infrequent, but nice when it happens.
