Peronesys and Trimix

Postby Alanoc8 » Tue May 15, 2018 11:16 pm

I have seen posts claiming that injecting your cock will lead to peronIes.
Is there any truth to it?

There can be. There is an increased risk factor especially with some of the tri-mix ingredients. It's my understanding that the alprostadil component has the least risk factor. Many men use the tri-mix for many years without complications. I've been using alprostadil for 5 years or so without issue.

It's possible but as the previous writer said some guys can inject many years without any problems. I did have a scare about 4 years ago with nodules on or in my penis and noticed a slight bend to the left. I looked up a URO who specialized in Peyronies and he immediately told me to stop injecting and prescribed a medication called Pentox. He also encouraged me to keep pumping but make sure to stop if it caused pain. I had no pain with the fibrosis but was concerned. The Pentox with pumping and Vitamin E helped to eliminate the nodules or fibrosis. The point is if you're on injections have your URO do a periodic exam and keep an eye on it yourself. Pumping helps as I still do it almost daily. It draws oxygenated blood into the penis which helps the healing process after you inject. My URO told me to inject only once a week and not to pump for 24-48 hours after I inject as it can cause more tissue damage.I have been injecting like 5+ years now and seem to be fine. The key I was told and have read with fibrosis is to catch it early with treatment. I also read that fibrosis caused by Trimix injections often resolves itself on it's own with time. Good luck and just keep an eye on things..you should be fine.
