Using trimix only about 30 times. One injection caused pyronies. A dimple at about 3 inches up and a 15 degree bend. BUT, what I do notice is a bunch of small lumps along the shaft . Not only near injection area but all over even up to the glans. NEVER noticed these type of bumps when I had natural erections before RP. Now I have an implant and these same bumps are still there and are extremely sensitive and painful. Anyone else notice anything like this??

I have been using injections and had a couple of those bumps, but only temporarily. I think they formed when the needle did not penetrate the tunica and got dipensed between the layers.

Your condition sounds like a urologist should look at maybe even take a CT or something.

I hope you find a resolution soon.
