Have you tried, at least on an experimental basis, straight alprostadil in the form of Edex or Caverject?

I have no idea. I was wondering if you had tried Edex or Caverject as it should be available, as it seems available pretty much worldwide as best as I can tell. It is generally expensive. However, if it works for you and isn't excessively painful for you, as it is for 20% of or so of men, then you would know if straight alprostadil works for you. There was a previous mention in several much earlier threads about a very off label use of Muse, another alprostadil product supplied as a suppository. If you're a risk taker that off label use might have had possible potential that might meet your needs. This would be a very off label use and likely not recommended by any legit medical professional.

Dear Friend,

Although I used Indian pharmacies for ED pills and they worked fine, I probably would not inject anything in my penis that came from a source I don’t know. This medication has to be pure, sterile and perfectly measured. I’m sure there are excellent pharmacies everywhere, but personally I would not trust one that cannot be held reliable.

All the best.
