Remember, I'm not a medical professional of any kind and I'm just sharing my personal layman experiences. Always consult your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Well, it sounds like you're making progress. That's good.
I agree, you should get a fairly good erection without stimulation but stimulation should help too.
I really think you should get some finer needles. I love my 31 gauge. At least try some 30 gauge.
Why would you need bigger needles to draw up the meds. That sounds more like TRT meds. Are we sure we're all on the same page here? I draw up my meds with the same 31 gauge needle I inject it with.
A small drop of blood upon withdrawing the needle is, I believe, normal for some people. I expect it's also, at least partially, due to using the larger gauge needle.
If you work up to .5ml I think I'd ask for a stronger mix so you can inject less volume. That said, when using Edex I would inject a whole ml so.....
Keep it up, you'll get there.
PS: Edit to add that if minimal medication is a major goal you may want to let the idea of a mild constriction ring enter your mind. They might help reduce the required amount of meds necessary. A fair number of men use them with or without ED. Some men wear them all day, but I don't quite get that concept. My wife likes me to use them when we play. On the other hand I'd hate to complicate the issue while your in such an early stage of getting it worked out.
