At your age I would bond with a very thorough and understanding Uro and let him guide this process. I have gone through some bad Uros that don’t take ED seriously. I have opted for injections to get away from the annoying side effects of the pills. At your age I would worry about long term use of injections so important to fine a good uro.

I realized when I was 40 that I was having ED. But in hindsite it had been creeping in much further back than that.

I started out with pills and my GP advised me to try all the different ones before settling in with one. Initially I liked Levitra best, didn’t like cialis, then used viagra for a while.

If you haven’t trialed all the different ones (and combinations, daily cialis with Viagra when you expect to have sex for example) give them all a try.

If you haven’t been using a regular cockring from a sex shop add that to the mix as well. I’m not talking about a medical grade constriction ring often used with a VED, just a regular leather, silicone, or metal cock ring. I find that it slows my venous leak and keeps me harder longer.

I started using shots 8-10 years ago now and have taken several hundred shots. I read all the warnings about scar tissue but have not developed any it seems. Feel the tissue of your flaccid cock. Remember what that feels like. Then check from time to time once you are using shots. On a rare instance I felt a lump the size of a pea where I had taken a shot the day before, it was gone a day or two later.

Some men get scarring, but it isn’t inevitable.

Now the solution for me is daily cialis, wearing a decent silicone cockring, and a shot. With those three things I have a dependable hard on that lasts for more than an hour. That is plenty of time to enjoy ourselves.
