My Trimix vial is kept in the refrigerator until needed. My last vial lasted a year with no loss in strength.

Yes, if traveling with compounded mono-mix I bring some method of keeping it chilled. It would vary based on the
travel method. I have a very small but thick styrofoam cooler something was shipped in that's great for car travel. A small vacuum container also works.

I never used Caverject. I used Edex 40s. If I used the whole ml I'd get a 4+ hour erection.

I suspect that a good part of that year you were using bi-mix, for all practical purposes . The PGE1 is probably not a major component of your mix.

I use 15-20 mcg of PGE1 and it gives me erections of about 2-3 hours, but my penis isn't 100% rigid the whole time.

When you say you have an erection lasting over 4 hours, I assume it's not at 100% rigidity the entire time? If it were, wouldn't there be a risk of tissue damage or necrosis due to a lack of oxygenated blood reaching the penis for such an extended period?

Thanks for the info. I will definitely read the cock ring thread.

Before implants I tried Caverject and to me it was too painful giving myself the injection on the side of the penis. So for me it was not worth it period. So I decided at the time to go with the three piece implant. Best decision I ever made if I wanted to continue having sex. LGX has been fantastic. I highly recommend it.
